Connie-Dragon Dreams

This image was so fun to work with.  It's perfect for a baby card or even a child's birthday.  You can see this new line of images by Lisa Victoria HERE

Supplies:
Dies by Spellbinders "Fancy Tags" and "Classic Scalloped Squares"
Copic Markers
Dye ink by Printworks "Periwinkle Blue" and "Tuxedo Black" by Memento
DP papers by DCWV
Cardstock by Bazzill
Blue "Hugs" brad-unknown
sponges
Corner rounder punch by Creative Memories

I cut 2 squares and colored the image, sponged the edges and cut several of the tags and slid some
beneath the focal image to match the bottom tag with the fancy brad.
